Customer Reviews
Good machine, shipping could improve
I bought the AlgoLaser Delta 22W a few weeks ago. The machine itself is pretty solid and works well for my projects. Setup was straightforward, and it integrated fine with LightBurn. My order took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, though. It wasn't terrible, but a clearer shipping estimate upfront would've been nice. Overall, I'm happy with the engraver.
Alpha 22W with accessories
I ordered the AlgoLaser Alpha 22W along with a honeycomb working table, the air assist pump, and a protective enclosure. The ordering process was smooth, I used an influencer code that saved me a bit, which was great. Everything shipped together and arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. Unboxing was a bit of an event due to the number of boxes, but all items were well-packed and undamaged. Assembly of the Alpha 22W was manageable, and the instructions were clear enough. The honeycomb table is sturdy, and the air assist really does make a difference with cutting clean edges on plywood sheets. I had a quick question about the camera module installation, and customer support got back to me within a few hours with a helpful link. The laser safety glasses that came with it seem decent. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, mostly for cutting acrylic sheets and engraving wood coasters, and the results are consistent. No complaints about the quality or usability of any of the components.
My first laser engraver experience
I was looking to get into laser engraving and found AlgoLaser. The AlgoLaser Alpha 10W caught my eye because it seemed like a good balance of power and price for a first-timer. I snagged it during a flash sale, which really sweetened the deal. Shipping was free, which is always a plus when you're buying something this size. It arrived in about a week. Setting it up wasn't too bad, though I did watch a couple of YouTube videos to be sure. The software license was included, and I got some material packs too. For the price I paid, I feel like I got a really good value. I haven't had any issues yet, and it's been fun experimenting with different materials. Definitely felt like a smart purchase for my budget.

What's their return policy like? Just in case it doesn't work out.
I saw a few different discount codes floating around. Can I stack a couple of them if I'm buying a machine and some accessories?
Are the AlgoLaser machines safe for home use? I'm worried about fumes and stuff.
Does anyone know if they do educational discounts? I'm a student and could really use one for a project.
Hey, thinking about grabbing the Alpha 22W. How long does shipping usually take to, say, California?
